not meet the standards. It is possible that Romanian legislation does
not satisfactorily cover the problems in the field of legal/illegal
car transactions. It is possible that, at the Vitan-Bârzești car fair
and at other car fairs in the country, a significant number of stolen
vehicles have been sold over time, with the voluntary consent of the
leadership of the Romanian Police and, possibly, of the leadership of
the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Romania. It is possible that on
the ad sites, on the Internet, a significant number of stolen vehicles
